EnsightGrfx will work meticulously to avoid any typographical and/or etiquette errors in your order; however, we do follow the printing industry's standard policy of requiring clients to check and approve all customized designs prior to production. DESIGN AND PRODUCTION
Ensight Grfx will provide the initial draft concepts to the Client within 48 hours from the initial consultation. Please note that if we are experiencing higher than usual demand, your design will be scheduled for the next available time slot and you will be notified at the earliest possible time. Ensight Grfx will provide the initial designs in an email, text message or in-person by the client’s request. The Client will then be able to view his/her draft designs and also be able to provide feedback concerning the design, such as revisions or approval.
Ensight Grfx will analyze the Client's feedback and revise the designs. The revised samples will be presented to the Client within the reasonable timeframe. Regular working days are Monday through Friday, 9:00am – 6:30pm, excluding holidays. Once the Client has approved the final design, the Client will complete any remaining payment owed, NO EXCEPTIONS, and Ensight Grfx will then proceed with the production phase.
REVISIONS AND AUTHOR ALTERATIONS
Ensight Grfx assumes no liability or responsibility for typographical errors on draft templates or final proof copies. The customer assumes all responsibility for editing the content of the final proof document and requesting revisions for any missing or typographical errors.
Revisions may be discussed verbally or in writing via email/handwritten/text message. The Client understands that they will be given ONLY 3 ROUNDS of revisions per order. A fee of $25.00 per proof will be applied to the final invoice upon final approval. The Client confirms that any revisions or additions they request will incur this cost.
Ensight Grfx & Printing absolutely stands behind the quality of our designs and our artists. Sometimes even the greatest of artists cannot match specific needs of some clients. If you are not satisfied with the quality of design from your initial proof, please notify us within 5 days of receiving the design work and let us know your thoughts. Our art department will re-work your design to fit your needs.
A deposit of 50% is required upon initial placing of the order. We CANNOT start a design before the order is placed. All orders under $100.00 MUST be paid in full. NO EXCEPTIONS! Upon final design approval, full payment must be submitted. NO EXCEPTIONS!
We accept cash, company check, Paypal, Intuit Payment Solutions, Apple Pay and Android Pay and all major credit cards, New Jersey state sales tax will apply.
Graphic designing & printing is a professional service, not a re-stockable product or commodity, unless client orders pre-made goods. In accordance with industry standards, Ensight Grfx charges for design services a flat fee that is discussed upon initial consultation and does not offer refunds under any circumstance. Ensight Grfx does NOT engage in speculative work and will not honour any requests for same. We have provided an extensive public portfolio, making it easy for potential clients to judge whether the style and quality of design offered by Ensight Grfx is a good fit for their organization.
All quotations given are estimates only, unless otherwise negotiated and noted in writing on your quotation.
COPYRIGHT / TRADEMARKS
The Client unconditionally guarantees that any element of text or graphics furnished to Ensight Grfx for inclusion in the design do not infringe on any copyright or trademarks that have been already established by another company or organization. The Client will hold harmless and protect Ensight Grfx from any claim or suit arising from the use of such as furnished by the client.
Ensight Grfx makes every effort to produce original artwork. If, however, we create artwork for you which accidentally infringes on any existing trademarked artwork, Ensight Grfx holds no liability. Ensight Grfx will not do any research checking on the legal availability of the name we are creating designs for. It is the Client's responsibility to ensure that the name of their product, company or service is not already in use, and it is the Client's sole responsibility to secure a service mark or trademark to protect the rights to any name or image. Ensight Grfx and it's employees will not be held responsible for any legal action that may result from improper due diligence on the availability of a company name or image.
Copyright laws permit ownership of final product and design to belong to the designer, Ensight Grfx unless otherwise agreed upon. Concepts are also the ownership of Ensight Grfx regardless of design type. All concepts furnished to the client are for client review and comment purposes only. Ensight Grfx retains exclusive copyright and ownership of all design and draft materials. Clients can purchase the concept files for a fee starting at $350.00, unless the client has paid Ensight Grfx for a logo creation, then the fee is $200.00 for the files.
PICKED UP ORDERS
It is the client's responsibility to review all items ordered after being received. Any errors must be reported to a representative at EnsightGrfx within 5 days of receipt on all pick-ups . If an error occurred on part of EnsightGrfx, the product will be replaced free of charge. If the client made an error, we offer a Courtesy Discount for re-ordered products because of an overlooked error. Please notify us before you use an item if there are any errors with the order. EnsightGrfx is not responsible or liable for any errors on any merchandise that has been used, regardless of fault.
ORDERS READY TO PRINT
All orders ready to print must be submitted in .jpg, .tif, .psd, .eps & .pdf. Editable files must be converted into curves, outlines or rasterized. EnsightGrfx is not responsible for the dpi resolution, size and/or color mode on all files provided by the client. EnsightGrfx can edit any files submitted by the client, for an additional cost of $25.00 per change. Client will be notified if changes will affect resolution and/or any aspects of the design that might jeopardize the quality of the print.
If an order is needed in a shorter time frame than our standard order production time, we will try to accommodate your request. However, rush orders often cause us to run our production staff at overtime hours, resulting in the need to charge additional rush fees.
Ensight Grfx minimum order is 24 pieces for screen-printing & 12 pieces for embroidery orders. Each promotional item also has separate minimum order requirements. Please refer to the specific promotional item details for the minimum order quantities.
If the account remains in default after 30 days, or if the customer's payment is charged back to us by way of credit card fraud, check fraud or other crime, we will issue one final notice before turning the account over to a third-party collections agency. Refusing to pay your bill is theft, and we take it very seriously. If collection efforts are unsuccessful, we will engage the client in litigation to collect the debt, and all copyright will revert to Ensight Grfx. The client will have no rights to use the materials in any way, shape or form, and legal action will be taken to enforce this policy.
If a client should abandon a project or contract after work has commenced, all monies are there by forfeited to Ensight Grfx. No refunds will be given.
In most cases, our order process does not start until the work order is accepted online or signed and returned to our office. Immediately following your order acceptance, our production department will purchase blank goods for your order from one of our several wholesale resources. An order cannot be cancelled once the goods have been ordered. Customized goods are not returnable to our wholesale firms, so we cannot credit you for any placed order that has been placed.
We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We request client information upon the initial consultation of a new order or new quotation. For Clients that wish to open an acoount with us, we require that a credit card payment authorization form, which requires a copy of the credit card holder’s identification. These authorization forms are solely for the purpose of processing payments on all new and/or open balances. We promise that we will take steps to use your personal information.
YOUR CONSENT TO THIS AGREEMENT
Ensight Grfx reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Should it happen that a client's own terms and conditions conflict with any of the same set out on this page, this document shall be considered to be the authoritative one, unless a separate contract has been signed by the client and by an authorized agent of Ensight Grfx.
